Will I be charged for booking an inspection?

No! We offer free inspections to come to your property and assess the situation. In some instances the animal has already left or no longer poses a problem. In other situations it may be illegal to remove the nuisance animal. If the situation does require action all prices will be laid out and agreed upon before any work is done.

Do you have to enter my residence / workplace?

In some situations entry into the building will be required. Often, in order to inspect for intrusions, attic and roof access is required. We will not enter any building without prior consent.

Do I have to be present for BEAST to be at my property?

Someone must be present only if entry into the building is required. BEAST Removal can check exterior traps without anyone present if agreed upon by the owner.

Do I have to check the traps myself?

BEAST Removal is legally required to check all live traps every 24 hours. You are not required to check the traps at all. We will close traps upon completion of trapping, or in the event that we will not be able to perform a check within 24 hours.
